How to reset password?

Currently, password reset is available by contacting support. Email us from the address used during registration, and we will help you regain access. We will add automatic email recovery soon.

How to change account email?

Changing email is available by contacting the support service. Provide the current and new email address. We will verify the request and make changes within 1 business day.

How to delete account and all data?

Send an account deletion request via the support form (category 'Account') or to privacypresentate.xyz with the subject 'Account Deletion'. All data will be deleted within 30 days.

I see suspicious activity in my account, what should I do?

Immediately change your password and email us at securitypresentate.xyz. We will block all active sessions and conduct a security check of your account.

Why is the editor working slowly?

Editor performance depends on the number of elements on the slides and the volume of inserted images. We recommend: 1) using compressed images (up to 2 MB); 2) not exceeding 50 elements per slide; 3) using a modern browser (latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox).

I lost unsaved changes after closing the tab. Can I recover them?

The editor automatically saves data to the browser's IndexedDB for 24 hours. If you opened the same tab within 24 hours, the data should have been recovered. For reliable saving, use the 'Save' button (authorization required) — data is saved in the cloud indefinitely.

Fonts are not working — text is displayed incorrectly?

Some fonts are only available on Windows (Segoe UI, Calibri, etc.). On other platforms, they are replaced by system fonts. For cross-platform compatibility, use fonts from the Google Fonts section (Arial, Verdana, Georgia) or web fonts.

How to insert my own image into a slide?

Click the 'Image' button on the toolbar (or key I), then click on the slide. In the panel that opens, drag and drop the file or click 'Select File'. JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG formats are supported. Maximum file size is 10 MB.

Why did AI generate inaccurate information?

AI (Google Gemini) can make factual errors, called 'hallucinations'. This is normal behavior for modern language models. Always check generated content before using it for professional or public purposes.

Can I generate presentations in any language?

Yes. Specify the topic in the desired language — AI will generate a presentation in the same language. Best results are achieved with Russian and English requests. For other languages, quality may be lower depending on the model's capabilities.

How many AI generations are available for free?

Up to 5 generations per month are available on the free plan. The limit is updated on the 1st of each month. If the limit is exhausted, you can create presentations manually in the editor.

Why does generation take a long time?

Generation time depends on the load on Google Gemini servers and the number of requested slides. Usually, generation takes 10–30 seconds. Under heavy load, it may take up to 2 minutes. If more than 5 minutes have passed, refresh the page and try again.

PDF export doesn't work — the page is empty or cropped?

PDF export issues are most often related to fonts or a large number of slides. Try: 1) reducing the number of slides; 2) ensuring all images are loaded (green border); 3) using Chrome or Edge — they support html2canvas better.

The .pptx file doesn't open correctly in PowerPoint?

The PPTX format is generated by the PptxGenJS library. Some elements (complex gradients, non-standard fonts) may appear differently. Ensure you are using the latest version of Microsoft Office 365 or PowerPoint 2019+. For Google Slides, open the file via 'File → Import Slides'.

When will the Pro paid plan be available?
